The new ACE Batch Mode feature which allows you to select multiple DXF files (at once) and have an option to merge them (or process separately). Please view the following tutorial,

How to perform Batch mode in ACE:

Set ACE in Batch Mode.
Select all DXF Files.
Verify Export Folder.
Choose Map Items: 1 Conversion for All Items.
