Thanks for submitting a support ticket.

If possible could you send me a screen capture of the Print settings used - before pressing print. It would allow me to review the settings and printer chosen.

Print to a File: As an alternative, you may output a document file directly from FAB3K. Got to menu: File | Document Outputs, and choose any file format that may be that may be printed directly. PDF Vector is the best for most PCB layouts.
