How can we bring this pads on the same size? How can we edit this pad? in pictures shown.

Thanks for your question.

From your image it appears to be a Flashed Rectangle pad size 2x2mm.

The rectangle at the bottom appears to be the size you require.

Why not just delete the square pad and copy the preferred bottom pad up to that location?
You can use a "polygon with clear composite" placed over the pad to hide the extending edge. Please see my quick movie tutorial using composite rectangle (no sound), https://numericalsoftware-update.s3.amazonaws.com/tutorials/2022-12-08_20-51-22_save_trim_composites.mp4

If you have any other suggestions or ideas, how you would like to edits pads like this, please let us know and we can add it to FAB 3000.
