How can we bring this pads on the same size? How can we edit this pad? in pictures shown.

From your image it appears to be a Flashed Rectangle pad size 2x2mm.

The rectangle at the bottom appears to be the size you require. 

• Why not just delete the square pad and copy the preferred bottom pad up to that location?
