How do you define drawing unit in ACE Editor? Do you define it?

Please go the lower-right corner of the ACE editor and you will have a menu list to choose units.

Note:  When applicable, the "actual" units used in your exported files, are assigned in the Export Options (which is displayed before you reach the ACE editor).  Here's an example of the Gerber Export options which has an option to assign units, format, etc:
