Coming NEXT: FAB 3000 Version 8.2 will be available shortly, with optimized ODB++ & IPC-2581/C importers, DFM Check runs at least 10X faster on complex PCB Designs, updated Linux builds, and much more.

Latest Linux version is 8.1.3 from 2019!

So when will be a newer Version available?

Thanks for your question and patience.

We've recently resolved a 3D library issue on Linux and expect to have an update available shortly.  FAB 3000 will be available for both older and newer kernels.

Note:  Windows is the primary development platform, however with the recent breakthrough we'll have more routine Linux releases.

Thanks again.

Thanks for your patience.

We're definitely getting there, and I sincerely apologize for the delay.

Let me see if we can get the Linux build (using the same kernel) over the weekend.

The Linux update using the latest kernels will definitely be within the month of May 2021.

Thanks again,

Simon
