First for the segment file, you can see some of the yellow lines are composed of two separate segments that don’t quite overlap. Is there a way to get these to join together and round out?
During DXF Import options choose "round" for Wide polyines. The center line of the polyines will be draw as a round path with rounded end-cap (which is standard for all PCB traces).
