I have Numerical Cloud subscription and want to upgrade to the latest version, but the website download page isn't letting me login.

An automated email would have been sent (the same day your Numerical Cloud order was placed) containing your login details to our website for downloading, etc.  If possible please check your spam/junk folder around that date, or contact Sales ( sales@numericalinnovations.com ) and we'll be happy to resend it.
