Hi ,I have purchased the software and no error for using it sometimes ago.Today when I launch the software, it is stated unregistered.I go your website to login my account, it can't recognize my email address.Please advise, I need it urgently.Thanks.

I'd recommend you just re-enter your activation code.  If you don't have available, you can retrieve your activation code anytime by visiting the following link and selecting "Resend License Info",  https://www.numericalinnovations.com/pages/numerical-innovations-activation-code-center
