During Import ACE stated there was an exception and suggested to "Please attach this log file to our support team". How does one attach the log file?

Thanks for your question.  After import, go to menu "View / Command Console..." (or press F2). This will show the entire log file and you have the option to save as a text file.  Please send that log with your file to our support team (https://numericalinnovations.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/newand we'll be happy to promptly resolve any import troubles.
