Good Afternoon,

I am looking for assistance in regards to EasyGerb crashing our Windows 10 Autocad 2016 users due to unhandled exceptions and writing permissions errors. This does not happen with our Windows 7 users, we currently have about 100+ Autocad users that are being moved to Windows 10.

Any thoughts or ideas? I've expended my brain on a fix.

The license key sent to me for EasyGerb doesn't seem to work. I get an error the license is not valid
