Gerber to Centroid

We're total newcomers.

We have Gerber files provided to us by a consultant. It's a simple board that has a single SMD.

Our PCB manufacturer has asked for a centroid CSV file.

How hard is it to convert our Gerber file to list the centroid data for this one component?
