Note: This entire process can be automated, and we can provide you with both a GUI solution (allowing an operator to perform the workflow steps you have previously described), and a Command-Line tool which can be used for Batch Processing of multiple jobs.
Thanks again and please let me know if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Simon
PS: Here's the notes from tutorial:
Using FAB 3000 to Panelize DXF and Export to Postscript.
(1) Import DXF
-- Every Layer Appears to be filled (except Layer 0).
-- For Overlay I need to use De-Embed to detect inner circle 'O' for Sensor Films.
-- Automated Layer Merge Can Be performed (if required)
(2) Analysis (optional)
Perform DFM Checks or any other analysis here.
(3) Perform Step / Repeat
-- This is just a quick demo using Array, however we could automatate this step similar to our "Panelize Wizard".
Note: I will eliminate layer 0.. it is not required.
(4) Save as Encapsulated Postscript file
