Note: (A) Turn on Top Paste Layer and Top Silkscreen. Lock Top Silkscreen so it doesn't interfere with your selection. (B) Select all pads for a single component (start with largest pin count first). (C) Go to menu, Assemble / Build Component... (D) Select Pin #1 (FAB 3000 is good at guessing the location of Pin#1 - so you can typically use the default). (E) Review options and press OK. Repeat these steps for all SMT pads. (F) Assign Reference Designators. (G) Export Centroid File
