I performed an IGES to Gerber conversion. ACE says everything is fine, but there is nothing in the Viewer?

If you performed an IGES conversion for an electronic design and nothing appeared in the viewer would suggest 2 possibilities:

1. The "Extracted Plane" chosen may be incorrect. Try choosing a different plane - the default is X-Y.

2. Units for the IGES may not be correct.

Should problems continue, please submit a support ticket (with file attached) and we'll be happy to review it.
