I am having problems building the components for this board. The attached PDF shows an example of the pads that are a problem. The pads were originally drawn pads and I changed them to flashes. The software would not recognize them. I then deleted those pads and replaced them with new pads that I added to the aperture list. The software still does not recognize them. What can I do to get the components built?

Thanks for sending the sample workspace file (or else I wouldn't have found the problem).
Here's a quick tutorial movie showing me resolve the problem:
Note: Build Component requires pads to exist on the layer type: Paste or Mask. Since the layer type wasn't defined FAB 3000 didn't accept it. Also, FAB 3000 can accept non-flashed pads.
We'll make sure to update that error message, because it should have been more descriptive - so you know exactly what's wrong and how to correct it.
Thanks again and please let me know if this resolved the problem.
