I am getting a message stating, "Unable to Parse PDF". What's wrong?

Thanks for sending the screen capture and sample PDF file.

1. If possible please review this page first to setup ACE 3000 before performing the PDF Import.

2. The PDF you have contains "scanned images" which are not very good for conversion. Please see this link on the support forum for more information:
