Can FAB 3000 import GDSII files?

Yes, FAB 3000 can both import and export GDSII files and works as an excellent EDA editor for designers or MEMs and Encoders.  It also shares about 60% source code from Visual Chip.  Please see the quick tutorial, showing FAB 3000 import the GDSII file.
