I demand high resolution plots from my gerber output. What can I do to ensure the best accuracy from my gerbers.

During Gerber Export Options: Choose gerber digits: 2.6 (six places of accuracy).

Note: I would also choose units "Millimeter" to output Gerber files with accuracy of 1 nanometer.
