Convert Image of a company logo to Gerber.

We need to place a logo in silkscreen on a printed circuit board and our PCB draftsman requested the image file in either DXF or Gerber format for import by the Cadence Allegro software he uses.
Here's a sample movie tutorial (no sound) which shows how to convert an image to gerber. Feel free to pass this on to your PCB draftsman or someone else who may encounter this problem. It shows how to easily perform the conversion, view the results, and export to gerber using ACE 3000:
