Just curious what is not displaying correctly? One possible suggestion is that ACE uses a display feature called "Level of Detail". This allows ACE to only draw objects on the screen greater than the defined pixel size; the primary purpose of this feature is to allow ACE to quickly display large/dense designs very.
What many users do is set the Level of Detail to "All"? This will force ACE to show all objects. I have included a sample movie showing how this feature is implemented. http://www.screencast.com/users/Numerical/folders/Jing/media/8edc8af7-2f03-4c33-84f8-e9daa9043926
Feel free to send us a sample Excellon file and I'll be happy to review it in detail. support@numericalinnovations.com
Note: If you work with a lot of Excellon files, you may want to try our product FAB 3000. It is a gerber/CAM editor and has the ability to import, edit, and modify excellon files. Here's a link to FAB 3000 webpage: http://www.numericalinnovations.com/fab3000.html
