How do I move my license to another computer?

Transferring your "Single User" license to another computer is very easy so please follow the steps below:


DE-ACTIVATE YOUR OLD COMPUTER:

(1) Start your software on the original computer and go to menu:  Help | Enter License Key | De-Activate...

(2) Enter your activation code and password (which you assigned when you originally activated the software), and complete the required steps.

Note: Make sure to remember the password and email address you entered with your Activation Code. 


WAIT 24 HOURS

(3) Wait up to 24 hours before installing and running on your new computer (so please make sure to give yourself time).  


INSTALL and ACTIVATE ON YOUR NEW COMPUTER

(4) After completing the Deactivation process, you are now able to install and run the software on another computer. Make sure to use your same Activation Code and password.


Problems?:  If you have have forgotten your activation code, activation password, or require us to "reset" your activation code (due to multiple failed attempts), please perform the following:

A.  Users with SUPPORT/MAINTENANCE Plan: Login to our website and issue a "priority support ticket".  We will assist you immediately with getting your license to run on the new computer. 

B.  Users 'without' SUPPORT/MAINTENANCE Plan:  If you do not have current support/maintenance you will need to purchase a new license. 


IMPORTANT:  FORGOT YOUR ACTIVATION CODE AND/OR PASSWORD?

Visit the Activation Code Center to retrieve your activation code and/or password.
