How do I trim back an existing ground plane layer, I tried the trim command but that didn’t work? Would this be by dragging the vertexes (which seem to work)?

I was able to add the mouse bites but I haven’t gotten them where they need to be (75% inside of board outline) Would this be offset I need to adjust?

I understand that FAB 3000 allow us to create our own design and choose them appropreiately during the DFM but my question is the design rule that by default comes with FAB 3000 what it is based on?
